Refund & Returns Policy

You have 180 days (or 6 months) from the date we ship your order to try the product and see its benefits. We hope you enjoy it so much that you’ll want to reorder!

We recommend you use the product for the full guarantee period before requesting a refund. However, if you’re not satisfied, you can easily request a refund by following these steps:

  1. Check the Guarantee Period: Ensure you’re still within the 6-month guarantee period. You can find your shipment date in your email or on your order slip.
  2. Email Us: Send us an email with “Refund Request” in the subject line. This helps us assist you faster.
  3. Return Your Products: Send all your bottles (both empty and unopened) to the address below. You don’t need a return label, but you must pay for postage. Please email us your tracking ID for faster processing.

  • Your full name

  • The email address used for your order

Important: Contact us to confirm your refund request before returning the order. This helps us locate your return and speeds up your refund process.

Once we receive your return and process it, we will issue a full refund. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is initiated. It typically takes 5-10 days for the refund to appear on your statement.
